Hospitality veteran and national lecturer Duran has worked with top hotels and luxury companies in operations, education and mentorship globally for decades, including management roles for Ritz Carlton hotels and expansion and launch roles for SoHo House in Istanbul, Chicago and Barcelona. He was Senior Executive Trainer for Forbes Travel Guide before founding his consulting firm in 2020.

Higgins was recently included on the prestigious Wine Business Monthly Industry Leader list.
